The wind was coming. I did not feel it but I heard it and saw it as it moved through the distant trees. It came slowly, touching each tree as it moved in my direction. It did not seem to be in a hurry to reach me but traveled in a steady pace. Had I not been paying attention, I might have been surprised at the sudden gust of wind.
Someone on Facebook posted 2 Timothy 3. It describes today's world. Some people are surprised at the turn the country has taken. There was a big shock when an article was printed in a teen magazine about how to have safe anal sex.
I am amazed at the complete outrage from the Christian people who didn't see this coming. They are running around wringing their hands and asking God to save us. There is no saving America or the world for that matter. The devil has come through the trees, in no particular hurry but in a steady pace. Little by little, he has eroded our values, our morals, and our belief. It's OK to support the gay agenda. It's OK to be tolerant and teach our children false truths. It's OK to chip people for the sake of safety or convenience. It's OK to murder babies and it soon will be OK to murder senior citizens. It's OK to overlook or pretend not to see what is going on. Believe it or not, these are the end days. There is no saving us.
What we have however, is faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Now is the time to watch the wind, listen for it coming and welcome it when it finally gets here. The wind is neither good nor bad. It is just the vessel that will brings us what we desire.
